Notice of record-keeping of personal data
(Article 11 & 1 of Law 2472/1997 in combination with Act 408/1998 of the Principle on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data).
This is to let our customers, suppliers, partners and consumers know that we only keep records of non-sensitive personal data and process such data.
Purposes of processing
The purposes of non-personal information processing are: a) product and service promotion (Marketing), b) statistical, scientific search and market research, c) public relations and other ancillary functions, and d) the information on new games, draws, competitions, promotions for direct marketing purposes.
For the accomplishment of the above purposes, we collect and process non-sensitive personal data of our customers, consumers, and in particular of those who submit complaints or charges, as well as of principals and agents, partners and consultants, suppliers and participants in market research projects and surveys. Besides that, we collect and process non-sensitive personal data of mothers, doctors, veterinarians, pharmacists and consumers. The non-sensitive data that we collect and process are identification data (identity card details), marital conditions (married life and marital status) and educational attainment (professional specialization). This data is obtained from individuals themselves referred to above, as well as from our agents, partners, financial representatives, product/service customers, publicly accessible catalogs and guides, catalogs of shows, professions, companies, brochures etc. The above mentioned personal data serves the data subjects, in order for their service and/or information from our company to be possible or so as to participate in promotional campaigns and competitions organized, either from our company, or in cooperation with our advertising partners.
In some cases, we charge other companies (advertising companies mainly, such as McVictor & Hamilton SA, McCANN ERICKSON SA, OGILVY ONE SA, Get On Digital Ltd, and Wunderman SA.) with the delivery of information forms to consumers who may be interested in our products, and whose data, advertising companies have collected of their own accord, having the relevant responsibility and observing the legality relating to the collected data bases. As of today, we have had no direct or indirect access to this personal data, nor have we been informed of the personal data of the recipients of information forms. In the event that our company decides to ask for access to these data bases in future, or commission the data bases structure for themselves, we announce McVictor & Hamilton SA, McCANN ERICKSON SA, OGILVY ONE SA, Get On Digital Ltd, and Wunderman SA companies as the executors of data processing. As to the rest, our company processes the data which it collects, and never shares the personal data with any third party, nor commercializes such personal data.
Processor
We ourselves process the personal data that we collect and never share, publish or commercialize any personal data.
We do not process sensitive personal data.
Only our authorized staff who are duly informed of their legal obligations and the current ethics may access and process personal data bases.

Rights of information, access, objection etc.
According to the legislation in force, every person is entitled to know whether personal data relating to him is being processed or has been processed, to be informed of the file with all the personal data relating to him as well as their source, the purposes of data processing, the information periodically being added or deleted from the file and the logic involved in the automatic data processing, if any (right to access, article 12 Law 2472/97, as it is enacted). The right to access can be exercised by the data subject by means of a written application to our company and our delegate referred to above, where his or her details should be fully and clearly written as well as the way the personal data has been collected and processed should also be illustrated. Every data subject is entitled to object at any time to the data processing relating to him (right to object, article 13, Law 2472/97, as it is enacted).
